Terms of Service

  • Users must create an account to access personalized features and subscriptions.
  • Payments are processed via Stripe. No refunds, except where required by law.
  • Subscribers can access exclusive content.
  • You retain full ownership of the content you create using Varu. We claim no ownership rights over your work.
  • To operate the service (e.g., save your work, display it back to you), you grant Varu a limited license to store, process, and modify (for technical reasons like formatting) Your Content. This license is solely for providing the Varu service to you and making Your Content accessible to you.
  • Varu plans to offer features allowing you to optionally make Your Content public (e.g., shareable on the Varu website). Your Content remains private by default. If you explicitly choose to use such public sharing features for specific content, you grant Varu a license to display and distribute *only that specific content* publicly through the Varu service for as long as you keep it public. You can revoke this by making the content private again or deleting it.
  • Your Content is NOT used to train the underlying AI models provided by our partners (like OpenAI, Google, etc.). We use their services under terms designed to prevent customer data from being used for model training.
  • We may analyze aggregated and anonymized usage data derived from the service (which does not identify you or your specific private content) to improve Varu's features and performance.
  • Users may delete their content at any time.
  • Users must not post or create illegal, harmful, offensive, or inappropriate content.
  • Varu may remove such content and suspend accounts if necessary.
  • Users can share and comment on content publicly but must respect others and avoid harassment or hate speech.
  • Varu reserves the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the service without notice.
  • The service uses analytics tools to improve user experience. For details, see the Privacy Policy.
  • Users under 13 must obtain parental consent to comply with applicable laws.
  • Varu is not liable for service outages, data loss, or damages arising from use of the service.
  • Varu's liability is limited to direct damages up to the amount paid in the prior 12 months. We aren't liable for indirect or consequential damages.

Privacy Policy

  • Varu collects your name, email, and profile picture from your login provider.
  • Analytics tools are used to track usage trends and improve the service.
  • Your data is used solely to provide and improve the service. No personal data is shared with third parties, except when required by law.
  • Cookies and similar technologies are used to provide core functionality and track service performance. Users can manage cookie preferences in their browser settings.
  • You can access, update, or delete your data through your account settings. Upon account deletion, all associated data is permanently deleted within 30 days.
  • Data is stored only as long as necessary to provide the service or as required by law.
  • Varu uses industry-standard measures to protect user data against unauthorized access, loss, or misuse.
  • Varu does not knowingly collect personal data from users under 13 without parental consent. If such data is identified, it will be deleted immediately.
  • Updates to the Privacy Policy will be communicated to users and posted on the website. Continued use of the service indicates acceptance of the updated policy.
